Brake judder ford focus

Ive recently begun to notice a judder when braking (not the sort you get from the ABS though). The fronts have done about 10miles and the rears about 000. The car brakes fine even when getting this judder.

Its passed its MOT with no comments from the examiner, last month, although I did have to have the handbrake looked at, as it had excessive travel, but now its ok after they did something with the rear calipers. Judder is one the most annoying faults that can occur with braking systems, and if a customer comes in complaining about it, you can be sure they definitely want a cure.

ABS issue rather than warped disc the ABS light comes on ONLY at ignition and goes. There is a TSB from Indonesian Ford, the brake pad is originally too hard. Thats why they change it to MKfocus (Indonesian spec).
