Yorkshire game fair

The venue is praised by visitors, competitors, exhibitors and traders alike… they all love it and give it a massive ‘thumbs-up’! Opening times on both days are 9am - 4. The event is designed to combine the best in Shooting and Hunting equipment with Country fair shows and activities that the whole family can enjoy.


The main thrust of the event is on dog shows and competitions, with an entire area, dubbed ‘devoted to dogs’, that promises to have opportunities for whatever breed of pooch you bring along with you. DUNCOMBE PARK COUNTRY FAIR (near Helmsley) 25th – CANCELLED.

The Game Fair ’s managing director, James Gower, said: “We continue to be positive and focused on planning an amazing celebration of the countryside. After many months of social distancing, it is our hope that The Game Fair will offer a vital life-line for businesses and a longed-for celebration of the countryside for like-minded people, marking the end of a very challenging time.


The Game Fair is the annual gathering for people passionate about countryside pursuits, and the Great British Countryside in all its glory. The rescheduled event will still take place at Ragley Hall in Warwickshire and BASC members will continue to receive complimentary access to all three days. Calling all video game fans as the Retro Games Fair returns to Leeds!


If you love retro gaming, playing and collecting then this is the event for you. A wide range of sellers covering most video game and home computer formats since the beginning of computer gaming.

CORONAVIRUS – COVID-19. We regret to announce that, due to the current uncertainty and upon liaising with our security and health and safety officers and the Council, we have taken the difficult but correct decision to cancel what would have been our 6th annual game fair over the weekend of 12th and 13th September. We will offer exhibition spaces to as many displaced companies as we can.


We know many business rely solely on the show circuit for their revenues and we will do all that we can. A celebration of all things country and rural. Main arena entertainment all day both days. Fishing,falconry,shooting,fun with ferrets.


World class demonstrations and entertainment. Field kitchen and bushcraft,countryside family advent. Harewood House, Nr Leeds. Entries for racing and coursing open at 9am and go as soon as the first card is full.


Lurcher,Terrier and whippet shows start at noon. Local charity UCCA, Calderdale Council, The Environment Agency, farmers, business owners and people who care about our town are working hard to provide a great day out for people of all ages.
