Broadlands romsey events 2016

Each year the show has a wonderful turnout of cattle, sheep, horses and donkeys, totalling around 0exhibits. THe house is only open from 1. I joined the guided tour of a beautifully refurbished house with about other people and our tour guide was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable!

The course is laps of the estate making it one of the flattest mile races in the county and as such attracts athletes from further a field looking for a PB time.

It is like being a child in a sweet shop – I hardly know where to start. In this talk Pat looks at how the estate has been farmed. Home to statesmen and men of action.


Host to royalty and the brilliant, powerful and celebrated of their time. Open to the whole community, the event raises funds and awareness for local charities and other good causes.


There is music and a great number of stalls that you can visit, but the most fun part of the day is the “Duck Race”, when several plastic ducks are set afloat on the river Test and people bet on which will be the winning duck. The College is a series of new buildings overlooking Poole Bay Harbour. It is a working college which features a world class Sea Survival Centre for all volunteer lifeboat crew members and beach lifeguards.
